When I received it it was black with an orange T. I checked all the numbers and they matched. I also checked the picture to make sure I didn't pick the wrong item. I emailed customer service and promptly received a solution. My experince with customer service was great...until I received the exact same WRONG item again. I kept it this time as apparently thats all they have and I had to give it as a gift. I did email customer service and explain what happened, hopefully they've fixed this problem. I bought him a new grill for Christmas and I thought why not cover it with our favorite team logo, so I ordered this grill cover. We had it on the grill not even 2 weeks,we went outside to grill and it had torn it 2 different spots. We could NOT find any sharp spots on the grill where it could have gotten hooked on and torn. I was so disappointed. We then had to go to Wal-mart and get a new grill cover that was much thicker and half the price and has held up so great...the only down point is that there is no Mike the tiger on the front. I would NOT order this grill cover ever again. When the product arrived I was disappointed by how thin the vinyl was. It is easily punctured with holes by kids or animals. But I still think its a cute product for the price we paid for it. |
